Sunny is a young, petite, fox hound mix who was found roaming as a stray in South Carolina by some good samaritans who brought her to NJ to nurse her to health and find her a good home.
She is a playful, sweet, and affectionate girl who loves all people, dogs of all sizes, and cats. Sunny is also great with kids! She is housebroken, crate trained and is good in the car and for baths. She loves her toys and walks. In short, she is perfect! And there is no shortage of cuteness- she will run and play but then will snuggle with you. She also does not bark much. We can't find a downside to this pintsize houndy girl!
She is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm and needs to be spayed but then will be available for adoption. She is up to date on all vaccines and is microchipped. She would love a home with a playmate or at least a home where she will be well socialized.
Sunny will be a wonderful addition to most families. Her adoption donation is $450.

Adopting an animal is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these animals have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
