Alexandra is a sweet girl who is looking for a new home. She is with our partner rescue in Louisiana but hoping to come to NJ with a foster or adopter. 

This beautiful 6-month-old girl is the total package—playful, loving, and ready to bring so much joy to her forever home. At about 35 pounds, she’s the perfect medium size and still has some growing to do!

Alexandra has a moderate energy level, making her a great mix of fun and chill. She absolutely loves the water, can happily entertain herself with toys, and is always up for playtime with her people. She’s especially wonderful with kids—gentle, affectionate, and happy to be part of the action.

She’s also doing great socially:

 Dog friendly

 Cat curious but respectful (not fazed!)

 Loves everyone she meets

Like any puppy, Alexandra is still learning her manners. She can get a little jumpy when excited and has that classic puppy chew phase, but her fosters are already working with her—and she’s a smart girl who’s eager to learn!

Her adoption donation will be $550.

Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
