Meet Bocephus, a one-year-old Beagle/Dachshund mix with a heart full of love and about 30 pounds of pure charm! He comes from one of our southern rescue partners and is now settling in beautifully with a foster family here in NJ.
Found as a stray, Bocephus is now thriving in a home with dogs, cats, farm animals, and—his favorite—kids. His foster describes him as a wonderful mix of calm and playful. He’s both crate and house trained, making him an easy addition to a lucky home.
Bocephus loves to cuddle, enjoys playtime, and will happily soak up the sunshine whenever he finds the perfect cozy spot. He’s truly a low-maintenance, go-with-the-flow kind of pup who fits in just about anywhere.
If you’re looking for a sweet, easygoing companion who will bring warmth and joy to your days, Bocephus might just be your perfect match—come meet him and fall in love!
He is up to date on vaccines and is fixed. His
adoption donation is $450.
Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
