Sweet Sissy is Blossoming!

Sissy has blossomed since arriving in her NJ foster home! Once a timid girl, she’s now a silly, affectionate pup who loves playing with her resident dog friends, doing backyard zoomies, and curling up to relax. She’s housebroken, sleeps through the night, is non-destructive when left alone, and has even found her voice with a few adorable little “boofs”!

Her missing leg doesn’t slow her down one bit! Sissy would love a home with a confident, friendly dog and a yard to enjoy.

Sissy is still building confidence outside her familiar surroundings. She gets excited to put on her harness but can become overwhelmed on walks. Her foster is patiently helping her explore at her own pace, and she’ll need a family willing to continue that journey with her.

Because she can be nervous around loud noises and unpredictable movements, older, respectful children would be best. With patience, love, and a little encouragement, Sissy will continue to blossom!

Sissy is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Her adoption fee is $500.

Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
