Meet Towser! This sweet boy is in a NJ foster home!
Hello, I’m Towser! I’m a happy-go-lucky, goofy four-year-old hound with a heart as big as my floppy ears. I’m always ready for an adventure, whether it’s going for a walk, exploring the yard with my nose, inspecting suspicious leaves, or doing daily perimeter checks to make sure no squirrels are invading.
I’m the sweetest, most affectionate guy, and I love people just as much as I love other dogs! I get along great with my foster sister and enjoy making new canine friends when they come to visit.
Being a hound, smells are very important to me, but attention might be even better. I’ll play, bow, bounce, and happily show off my toys, especially if it means you’ll join in the fun or offer a treat. After some outdoor exploring and playtime, you’ll usually find me curled up on the couch, snuggled beside my favorite people.
If you’re looking for a loyal companion who is playful, affectionate, handsome, and always up for the next adventure, I just might be your perfect match.
Towser is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. His
adoption donation will be $500.

Adopting an animal is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy, and adopters should consider the costs, time, and training prior to adoption. After all these animals have been through, they deserve a loving, committed home.
