Adoption Checklist
Post-Adoption Protocol
Once your foster animal is adopted, please follow these steps for paperwork and payment:
- Collect Paperwork & Payment: The signed Adoption Contract and the adoption payment (check or cash) must be collected from the adopter.
- Submit to Wag On Inn: Send the original contract and payment to Wag On Inn according to the instructions in your Foster Guide.
- Provide Adopter Copies: Give the adopter copies of the following:
- The signed Adoption Contract.
- The animal’s medical records.
- The Welcome Letter.
